Special Occasion Rentals

A beautiful place locally to rent special occasion decor for your big day.

Requirements: The customer paying the bill will be required to sign a rental contract with Barn Chick's. 

Details:

Customer will pay 30% of replacement cost of items for the rental fee, of which 10% is refundable once items are returned in the same condition as they left the store.The 10% refundable deposit is required to confirm the date of your rental.

The other 20% must be paid one week prior to event. There will be 3.9% processing fee added for credit card payments. We do accept cash or cashier's check as other payment methods. Once payment is made in full, we will begin getting your order together for pickup. Your items will be ready for pickup 2 days prior to your event date. You are responsible to bring your own people to help load and unload the merchandise.

Rental merchandise must be returned in boxes neatly, within 2 days after event. Once items are returned everything will be checked individually.  Linens will be cleaned at the beautiful new laundromat next door. Once everything is accounted for and cleaned, the 10% refundable deposit will be issued within 1 week after items are returned.

Once date is set, if your rented date becomes canceled or postponed, we will try our very best to accommodate your new date. But there is no guarantee.

Simply browse through our selection and add to our cart. Once you get a total, simply multiple on your calculator total x .3= your cost. Minus the 10% refundable deposit.
